Template Not Working?

If the template isn't working, then it is most likely because the macros are not being allowed to run.

We have a 3rd-party SHA256 code security certificate issued by Thawte, and it is secure. You must enable macros to run the template. Therefore:

Assuming you have opened MS Word, and can see the 1-Click Logo, then it will be a macro problem - Word is not allowing macros to run, so:

  1. Ensure you have watched the installation video (click here and select the Word version and OS you have on your computer)
  2. Ensure you have enabled macros, as per the video
  3. Ensure you have set up a Trusted Location
  4. Close Word then reopen it, the template will now run.
