Template Not Working?

If the template isn't working, then it is most likely because the macros are not being allowed to run.
We have a 3rd-party SHA256 code security certificate issued by Thawte, and it is secure. You must enable macros to run the template. Therefore:
Assuming you have opened MS Word, and can see the 1-Click Logo, then it will be a macro problem - Word is not allowing macros to run, so:
- Ensure you have watched the installation video (click here and select the Word version and OS you have on your computer)
- Ensure you have enabled macros, as per the video
- Ensure you have set up a Trusted Location
- Close Word then reopen it, the template will now run.
